PURCHASE PROCESS
  • Reservation Agreement Signing
  • Contract signing with selection of ownership type (Leasehold/Freehold) during construction stage
  • Receiving the ownership certificate of the selected ownership type after commissioning
    For foreigners in Thailand, there is a Freehold quota.

    The total property area on the land plot is divided as follows: 49% can be sold under Freehold ownership, while 51% is sold under Leasehold ownership.

    Apartments can be purchased and registered under both individuals and legal entities.
  • Upon ownership registration for Leasehold

    The Chanote (ownership title deed) is issued to the developer. The lessee receives a registered lease agreement.
  • Upon ownership registration for Freehold

    The Chanote (ownership title deed) is issued to the buyer.
Payment Methods
  • Currency Exchange Service
    A service operating in the Russian Federation that provides currency conversion for transferring funds to foreign bank accounts.
  • Transfer from a foreign bank account
    Foreign currency is automatically converted into Thai Baht upon receipt to the Developer's account.
  • Cryptocurrency
    The payment is made directly from the buyer’s crypto wallet to the developer’s crypto wallet. For Freehold purchases, an additional fee of 1.3% of the apartment price applies.
  • Cash payment in Thailand
    Payment is made in Thai Baht or US Dollars. The transfer of funds from the Russian Federation is subject to customs restrictions on currency export established by Russian law.
